A Wonderful Business Retreat at Mount Grace
The beautiful countryside location provided a perfect atmosphere for relaxation after a long day of meetings. One of the highlights was definitely the Mount Grace Spa, where I treated myself to a rejuvenating hydrotherapy session that left me feeling refreshed. The variety of treatment therapies available, including aromatherapy and reflexology, allowed me to unwind completely. the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was hearty and sufficient to fuel our busy days, and service around the pool area was commendable.
Nothing to dislike.

Soft drinks at pool bar, very good service. Very clean bed in the double room, plus a private safe, a sofa bed, and central heating. Absolutely perfect position in the mountains...

I was there for 3 nights and ate at a la carte restaurant for dinner. The location of the hotel was stunning, too close to the general garden area n. Extremely polite staff at the reception absolutely beautiful service and nothing was trouble for them.

The beautiful spa area with stunning views was the highlight of our stay! Unfortunately, the service was terribly slow and uncoordinated, making it a frustrating experience overall. 😕

Beautiful location, good service and attention to detail.
We were not advised that the spa facilities (heated Jacuzzi and floatation chamber) were not available, this was quite disappointing.

I had a lovely stay! The staff were friendly, and the food was good, especially breakfast. The spa was fantastic-definitely a highlight. Just be wary of noisy areas during live music events. A great experience, and I'm looking forward to returning for more relaxation!

The position is unique and very attractive. The staff were very pleasant andf attentive.
Our garden (thatched cottage with jacuzzi) was a mess - trenches dug and piles of sand/mud with red and white tape to prevent you from falling in the holes. No lawn to walk on - very unsightly. Also the flotation pool and jacuzzi at the spa were not in working order and we were not informed about this when booking. The mini-bar was empty.

Secluded location, spotless hotel.
The rooms with baths and the special touches, for instance, really friendly staff at the reception absolutely beautiful service. Sumptuous and delicious options for breakfast with hot options and pork, for example.

My family and I had a lovely getaway at Mount Grace Hotel & Spa. The beautiful surroundings and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable, although we did face some water issues. The spa was a highlight; I loved the massages and the serene atmosphere. The nearby Blaauwbank historic gold mine was a fun excursion with the kids, enhancing our family bonding. We'll definitely consider returning!
